Izzo Silver is a coffee with thick crema and a full, spicy flavor. It is particularly suitable for small espresso cups, more precisely for ristretto. The coffee is traditionally vacuum-packed with a stream of nitrogen, which slows down the aging process and reduces the oxygen content that causes oxidation. This helps the blend maintain its taste and freshness for up to 3 years after production.

The coffee beans are slowly roasted at relatively high temperatures in small batches. This process reduces negative characteristics (acidity and bitterness) to a minimum, giving the coffee perfect body and flavor.
