The designation "Moka" coffee machine arose for a simple reason. The process of brewing in a Moka pot differs both from the preparation of classic coffee and from preparation in automatic coffee machines using high pressure of up to several bars. So it could not be included in any of the categories and that is why the name Moka was born, as a new category of coffee machines for preparing espresso.
