Yellow Bourbon
Yellow Bourbon is a 100% Arabica variety known for its pronounced natural sweetness. Combined with natural processing, it produces coffee with minimal acidity, a velvety smooth body, and a rich, stable crema, making it an ideal choice for espresso. The flavor and aroma are dominated by chocolate notes, complemented by hazelnuts and cream. This coffee comes from the Sul/Sudoeste de Minas region in the state of Minas Gerais, harvested from June to September at an altitude of 1,000–1,200 m.a.s.l.
Brazil
Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer, consistently supplying more than one-third of global production. Both Arabica and Robusta are grown here, offering a wide range of qualities—from commercial coffees like Santos or Rio Minas to specialty lots with a delicate, sweet, and sometimes lightly fruity profile. Brazil also ranks among the countries with the highest domestic coffee consumption.
