All Pellini coffees are characterized by very slow roasting, during which the beans are evenly roasted to a darker level, giving the coffee a strong and distinctive taste.

The ratio is 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. Pellini Espresso Bar Cremoso coffee is suitable for coffee machines to prepare perfect espresso as well as cappuccino and latte macchiato. The espresso has a specific and balanced taste without acidity, with a thick and rich crema and a subtly spiced aroma. The coffee has a pleasant mild flavor and intensity.
