Coffee Variety in Two Worlds of Enjoyment
The JURA C9 clearly divides its beverage selection into two worlds of enjoyment – classic and modern. In Hot Brew mode, it prepares traditional coffee specialties with full aroma and rich body. The second world, Light Brew, is designed for smoother, lighter coffee beverages with lower intensity that are ready to drink immediately after preparation.
Thanks to its extended selection of milk specialties, including espresso macchiato, cortado and flat white, the C9 also delights lovers of coffee with milk foam or milk alternatives. Every cup is prepared precisely according to the selected flavour profile.
Hot Brew and Light Brew – Double the Choice, Double the Enjoyment
The JURA C9 offers truly versatile coffee preparation thanks to a combination of two different extraction processes. In addition to classic hot preparation, it uses the Light Extraction Process, in which coffee is extracted at a temperature of approximately 60 °C and with a smaller amount of coffee.
The result is a smooth, aromatic beverage with a light flavour profile that is pleasant to drink immediately after preparation. For classic specialties, the C9 uses a full-size brewing unit and Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) technology, ensuring maximum development of flavour and aroma.
Individual Settings and Modern Connectivity
The JURA C9 allows detailed customisation of every beverage according to personal preferences. Users can adjust aroma intensity, the amount of coffee and milk, as well as the beverage temperature. The practical ground coffee chute is ideal for preparing decaffeinated specialties without having to change the coffee beans.
The coffee machine is ready to connect to the J.O.E.® mobile app via the optional Wi-Fi Connect. The app makes it easy to adjust settings, save your own recipes and access additional features for maximum convenience.
